I have disabled all usb power saving in dev manager, and disabled energy saving in my power mode. tried all usb ports (including front usb 3.0 front usb 2.0 and powered and unpowered usb 3.0 slots on a hub, unplugging everything but kB m and headset.

hi mate i have had 3.5g rollers in it before and it still wasnt good. i have a leo vince tt exhaust but i don't understand why the rollers will be giving the bike power and hen pulling me back and then making me loose power so i can not get over 10mph i just don't think it's the rollers. regards.
anticrisisg. OP • 3 yr. ago. This was resolved with the help of Steel Series customer support. I did the following: Uninstall Steel Series Engine. Install the latest Steel Series GG software from the website. Run Device Manager with an admin account and uninstall the driver for the mouse. Shutdown.

Turning the mouse off and then on would fix it until the next disconnect. Happened every minute or two, really frustrating. The solution was to uncheck the "Allow computer to turn off this device to save power" box under the "Power Management" tab of the "Intel (R) Wireless Bluetooth (R)" device under Device Manager>Bluetooth.
